HFES Wright State Student Chapter

HFES is a leading organization of professional people who are involved in the human factors field. It now has more than 50 active chapters throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe; many of them are student chapters.

Guest Lecture by Darren Kall

Darren Kall is the former Senior Director of Global Experience Design for LexisNexis with extensive experience in building and leading motivating teams. Prior to LexisNexis, Darren was a group manager at Microsoft. He was also a distinguished engineer and AT&T Bell Labs and IBM. He currently holds 11 US patents, 6 international, and has received 104 US patent citations. As the co-owner of Kall consulting, his work focuses on end-to-end customer and user experience design and strategy, including customer insight and user research, architecting of customer-centric product development, evaluating the impact of products and services, and resolving user and customer-centric business issues.
